The photo was taken by me on 16/04/06 at 18:15 pm Pakistan time at the WAH border near Lahore. This person did not give his name but said that he is a Pakistan Mascot as we have Chacha at Pakistan international Cricket Matches. He is the Chacha at the daily flag ceremony at the Pakistan India WAH border. smile smile
