Khukha has been extremly fortunate to have some of the most honourable individuals who devoted their valuable time and resources to develop and achieve immense benefits for the Khukha community. Khukha community has always been and will be proud of Chairman Haji Noor Illahi's achievements and services since he was a great benefit for the whole Khukha community.

C hairman Haji Noor Illahi (Late) was the first resident of Khukha to become Chairman of Union Council Khukha in 1983. He got direct dial telepone system for Khukha. He was also a Government contracter and built all the retaining walls and bridges along the Khukha road. He also kept the Post Office in his property for over Ten years rent free so that Khukha would not lose it, later he had a purpose built Post Office in Khukha. Most of Boys middle School has been rebuilt by the efforts of late Haji Ch. Noor Illahi. He also got 11 electricity poles for Dohak Shamsabad and got WAPADA to provide electricity for those poor people of Khukha who could not afford to pay the huge amount of money to get that area of Khukha electrified. His biggest achievement was to lead the fight to get Darber Baba Sher Shah from clutchs of the Shias and in to the hands of Suni residents of Khukha. Full details comming soon.
